This Position reports to:
Group ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to to assist programmers who configure control and protection terminals in medium-voltage switchgears and test their proper functionality. Take the first step toward becoming a specialist in a promising field.
This role is contributing to the Automation Team in Pilsen and Brno region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- • Support in the design, specification, and documentation of automation systems
• Support in creating functional descriptions and programming software applications
• Support in hardware design for implementing automation systems
• Active participation within the entire project team
• Preparation of technical documentation in accordance with ABB and end customer requirements
Qualifications for the role
- • At least a secondary education in electrical engineering
• Decree No. 50/1978 Coll. (minimum §5) or the possibility to obtain this qualification after completing studies
• Interest in the field of automation (PLC, drives, control systems, system design)
• Communicative knowledge of English (communication with customers and colleagues – by phone and email) – at least B1 level
• Ability to work in an international team
• Ability to work independently
