Trainee Project Coordinator

Leobit is looking for a Trainee Project Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Perform project management activities with the supervision and guidance of senior management staff:
  - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project
  - Act as the point of contact for all project-related matters
  - Create and report project status updates for stakeholders/clients
  - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Scope and Schedule:
  - Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  - Break down the project into actionable tasks and assign realistic timeframes
  - Monitor project scope and schedules; track overall progress
  - Use project management tools to monitor working hours, task statuses, and timelines
  - Handle issues that arise related to scope or scheduling

• Resource Management:
  - Assist with resource scheduling to ensure team members have what they need to complete tasks
  - Support team members when any risks or blockers are identified

• Communication and Meetings:
  - Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings throughout the project life cycle
  - Document meeting outcomes and follow up on key actions and decisions
  - Prepare presentation materials as needed for meetings
  - Maintain a project management calendar to support goal tracking and milestone fulfillment

Requirements:

• Practical project coordinating is a big plus
• Understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science (or similar technical field)
• Relevant courses for Project Management passed
• Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
