We are currently seeking a Mako Product Specialist (MPS) Trainee to join us at the earliest possible opportunity, with an immediate start preferred, in Western Turkey, Istanbul.
As an MPS Trainee, you will take part in an intensive 4‑month development program designed to prepare you for a meaningful and future‑focused career in the medical device industry. Following successful completion of the program, you may be appointed as an Associate Mako Product Specialist.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, patient care, and continuous learning. You will be trained to support cutting-edge robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures that help surgeons deliver personalized outcomes for patients. Mako is a robotic-arm-assisted surgical system that supports orthopedic surgeons in performing total knee, partial knee, and total hip procedures with a high level of precision.

What you will do:
Participate in a structured and hand-on 4-month training on working with Mako.
Receive comprehensive training on the Mako robotic platform, procedures, and clinical workflows.
Attend surgeries (Mako cases) and clinical meetings together with a certified Mako Product Specialist.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Upon successful completion of the training program, you may be appointed as an Associate Mako Product Specialist.
What are we looking for:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical technology, healthcare, Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) or equivalent.
A strong desire for purpose-driven work that directly supports patient care.
Interest in growing into a clinical-facing specialist role within an international organization.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage processes effectively and remain calm, solution‑oriented, and decisive in critical or high‑pressure situations.
Collaborative, reliable team player who contributes positively to a multidisciplinary environment.
Openness to mentorship, feedback, and continuous learning.
Fluency in English, as training will be provided in English (B2 level). We kindly ask you to apply with an English CV.
