The associate will perform a key role in streamlining and enhancing Studio/Inventory processes, with a focus on improving the handling of font and typeface research requests. This exciting opportunity allows you to nurture your creative talent while developing innovative solutions using automation tools. You'll work closely with experts, shape new processes, and make a real impact in driving efficiency. The Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- SME for Font identification & mapping.
- Reviewing and categorizing type Studio tickets.
- Developing a Proof of Concept (PoC) for first-tier “Fonts in Images” review using automation tools, such as WhatTheFont, and later expanding to other tools.
- Working with other teams to refine these tools and streamline the process.
- Creating a feedback loop for Research & Studio tickets, ensuring that results and outcomes are integrated back into the research platform.
- Assessing bandwidth requirements for scaled studio/inventory support.
- Support research process.
What we are looking for:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JS
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Office products
- Quick Learner
- Strong communication skills and team player
