Position Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a BCOM Trainee at Coperion. The trainee will be support supply chain manager in carrying out a variety of inventory and administrative tasks related to logistics office operations. The trainee shall be on apprenticeship/training for the first 12 months and based on performance and manager feedback, the position shall be confirmed after the training period.
Work You’ll Learn:
Review Material Requisitions (MRs) against the corresponding quotations.
Create purchase orders in the FACT system for job work, services, transporters, consumables, and bought-out items.
Update and correct HSN codes and GST rates in the master data as per received invoices.
Maintain and monitor job work pricing details with vendors.
Manage Delivery Challans along with E-Way Bills.
Maintain records of job work material movement (outgoing and incoming).
Verify job work, miscellaneous, and service invoices against purchase/service orders and forward them to Accounts for booking.
Prepare and maintain quarterly Job Work ITC reports and share them with the Commercial team.
Review production manufacturing hours and reconcile them with HR attendance (in/out) reports.
Review account statements and process/upload payments accordingly.
Monitor and follow up on pending/outstanding Material Requisitions (MRs).
