Diese Position bezieht sich auf unsere Tochter Service Technologies (S-TEC). Die S-TEC ist weltweit als Vertriebs- und Servicepartner im Ersatzteil-Bereich für Kraftfahrzeuge tätig. Deine Aufgaben
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser HR-Team und übernimmst unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung in der administrativen Personalverwaltung
  • Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement, Recruiting-Prozess und Onboarding
  • Bearbeitung und Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von HR-Prozessen
  • Allgemeine Office-Tätigkeiten (Terminkoordination, Schriftverkehr, etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei diversen Projekten

  • Laufendes Studium an einer Hochschule (z.B. BWL, idealerweise Schwerpunkt HR)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für 38,5 Stunden nach Metallerkollektiv beträgt mindestens Euro 2.568,80 brutto. Darüber hinaus garantieren wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
