Job Description:
Leapwork is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our fast-growing global team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy logical problem-solving, are eager to learn new technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will receive comprehensive training on leading automation tools and technologies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The learning and growth opportunities at Leapwork are substantial.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn and support Leapwork’s automation platform by resolving customer queries.
- Assist users in troubleshooting automation-related issues across remote systems and networks.
- Conduct online Q&A sessions and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Capture and relay valuable customer feedback to improve the product experience.
- Escalate customer-reported issues to the engineering and product teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with customers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Infrastructure team (ICO), product and engineering teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Required Candidate profile:
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, global work environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of automation or software testing concepts is a plus.
