We’re looking for a curious and creative Trainee in Digital Marketing Activation to join our team in Scandinavia. This is your opportunity to dive into the world of brand activations and influencer collaborations while learning the ropes of consumer marketing in a dynamic, international environment.
This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to Rebecka Shipman, Marketing Activation Manager. The role is a traineeship 6 months fixed-term with a hybrid working model (Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office).
What You’ll Do at Fiskars
Responsibilities:
As part of our Marketing Activation team, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Brand & Communications across Scandinavia to execute compelling campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting brand activation campaigns and events from ideation to execution.
Assisting in the creation and coordination of digital promotional materials and briefs.
Preparing seasonal updates on retailer platforms to keep our digital presence fresh.
Initiating and maintaining influencer partnerships across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
Managing campaign logistics and communications with vendors and collaborators.
Creating a social media collaboration calendar, ensuring timely and budget-aligned execution.
Performing administrative tasks related to budgeting, reporting, and coordination.
Contributing to team brainstorming and planning sessions to drive marketing impact.
Who You Are
Experience:
You’re a recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. You bring a blend of passion and precision, ready to take initiative and immerse yourself in a learning-rich environment.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about branding, consumer behavior, and creative storytelling.
Highly organized with an eye for detail.
Eager to grow and take ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Fluent in Swedish and English (Danish is a plus).
Comfortable working across digital tools such as MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ideally experienced with social media and/or prior internships or project experience in marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
Sociable, trend-aware, and excited to work with external partners.
