We are looking for a motivated Trainee Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves working closely with senior members to support verification processes, conduct audits, and analyze data to improve system accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Monitor and review verification cases to identify anomalies, false declines, or system errors.
- Ensure verification results meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct daily and periodic audits on verification processes, outcomes, and system performance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets from multiple sources.
- Track KPIs, investigate discrepancies, fraudulent cases, or unusual patterns, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present audit findings, reports, and data-driven insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address issues and improve verification flows.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Identify areas to enhance customer and merchant experience.
- Provide feedback to improve system accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
- Support in designing and monitoring new verification features or rule changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
