Trainee - Business Management and Cost Control (all genders)

Responsibilities:

• Invoice management, including invoice validation, payment requests and coordination with Finance.
• Monthly financial closing activities, including accruals, PoC reporting and Accounts Receivable tracking.
• Commercial administration, including invoice reviews, supplier/customer requests, bonds, guarantees and project insurance follow-up.
• EPC Cost Control activities, supporting project cost monitoring and CAPEX forecasting.
• Preparation of project, portfolio and KPI reports for management.
• Data quality, document management and business process improvements.
• Continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives across the Engineering, Procurement and Construction department.

• You have graduated in Business Administration, or other relevant fields, with no more than 3 years having passed since graduation
• You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel. SAP skills are desirable
• You like to work in a team and enjoy solving challenges together.
• You are business fluent in both Spanish and English language.
