Guide renewable energy projects through buy-side and sell-side investment transactions from inception to closing. Originate deal flow, perform financial valuations and modeling, support contract negotiations, prepare investment committee materials, manage due diligence, ensure bankability and transaction timelines, and conduct energy market research. The role requires strong commercial judgment, communication, negotiation, ownership, and fluency in German and English.

Lead end-to-end engineering for utility-scale BESS projects in Spain and Portugal, from system design and permitting through construction, testing, commissioning, and operation. Develop models, schedules, cost estimates, technical documentation, grid interconnection requirements, safety compliance, and communication protocols. Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, customers, procurement, and project controls while supporting battery performance analysis, vendor evaluation, quality assurance, and O&M planning.

Deploy and maintain the QHSE management system, ensure Portuguese regulatory compliance and ISO certification support, conduct internal audits and site inspections, deliver training, manage incident reporting and corrective actions, oversee waste, PPE and medical exam processes, and drive supplier evaluation and continuous improvement across construction and operational renewable energy sites.

Lead preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual HGB/IFRS financial statements; oversee tax compliance and external audits; optimize and digitalize SAP S/4HANA processes (FI/CO) and internal controls; manage general ledger, banking, and cross-border intercompany reconciliations; provide strategic accounting advisory and regulatory research.

Support renewable energy project development by identifying and evaluating sites, managing land lease agreements, organizing contract documentation and databases, monitoring deadlines and compliance, improving data management and internal processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support commercial and finance operations for renewable energy projects: invoice management, monthly closings, accounts receivable, EPC cost control and CAPEX forecasting, prepare project and KPI reports, maintain data and documents, and drive process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
