Own end-to-end accounting and GL close for German SPVs, manage invoice processing, SG&A, related-party and shareholder loan accounting, prepare forecasts and financial reports, and serve as main contact for statutory financial statements and external auditors under German GAAP (HGB).

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, month-end closings (fixed assets, leases IFRS 16, accruals), intercompany reconciliations, bi-weekly payment runs, specialized treasury topics (EBL, supply chain financing), and support external audits.

Deploy and maintain the QHSE management system, ensure Portuguese regulatory compliance and ISO certification support, conduct internal audits and site inspections, deliver training, manage incident reporting and corrective actions, oversee waste, PPE and medical exam processes, and drive supplier evaluation and continuous improvement across construction and operational renewable energy sites.

Lead preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual HGB/IFRS financial statements; oversee tax compliance and external audits; optimize and digitalize SAP S/4HANA processes (FI/CO) and internal controls; manage general ledger, banking, and cross-border intercompany reconciliations; provide strategic accounting advisory and regulatory research.

Support renewable energy project development by identifying and evaluating sites, managing land lease agreements, organizing contract documentation and databases, monitoring deadlines and compliance, improving data management and internal processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support commercial and finance operations for renewable energy projects: invoice management, monthly closings, accounts receivable, EPC cost control and CAPEX forecasting, prepare project and KPI reports, maintain data and documents, and drive process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
