Responsibilities
● Learn ZBrain’s platform capabilities and stay updated on emerging AI technologies.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for AI use cases and workflows.
● Translate business needs into AI workflow specifications, process models, and functional requirements.
● Apply prompt engineering techniques to craft, test, and optimize prompts and workflows within AI orchestration platforms such as ZBrain.
● Prepare presentations, documentation, and demos to explain AI workflows and solution designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Assist in planning, execution, and testing of AI features to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
● Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp AI/tech concepts quickly (no advanced coding required).
● Basic understanding of prompt engineering (designing and refining prompts to get the best results from AI tools).
● Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools for research, content generation, and workflow automation.
● Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
● Ability to create process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
● Basic understanding of data concepts (APIs, databases) is a plus.
