As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to support the Agile Project Lead in managing projects, ensuring team alignment, and developing solutions that meet client needs. You’ll work in a collaborative environment and gain hands-on experience in Agile project management techniques, working closely with senior team members.

🚀  What do you need to get this position?

  • Passion for Agile methodologies and product development
  • Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile techniques (Scrum, Lean, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and support teams effectively
  • Interest in project management, problem-solving, and working with metrics
  • Ability to work in a team and understand the needs of individual team members
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to client-focused project delivery
  • Fluent in Polish and English (B2+ level) to communicate within the team
  • Availability to work from one of our offices (Gliwice, Kraków) once a week

  • Previous experience in project management, Business Analyst, or related roles
  • Interest in learning about metrics and their application in Agile project delivery
  • Understanding of business analysis processes

  • Supporting the Agile Project Lead in managing team tasks and client expectations
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining project backlogs, prioritizing tasks for smooth delivery
  • Participating in project meetings (such as scrum events, refinements, daily stand-ups, and strategic meeting)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction
  • Learning how to monitor team performance and help improve processes
