These paid, seasonal assignments deliver meaningful, high-impact work designed to accelerate your growth. You’ll take on real responsibilities, build practical skills, and gain exposure to the business through structured learning, executive engagement, and networking opportunities.
Our Trainee Program is intended for recent graduates and aspiring professionals seeking to advance their education through immersive, hands-on experience in the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with writing coverage for scripts and finished films for the Sony Pictures Acquisitions team
Research on upcoming titles
Market research projects
Provide support on administrative duties
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (familiarity with Adobe suite is a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills (scheduling, database management, data entry)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
An interest in, and knowledge of, American independent & International films
