Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update carrier information in the database.
• Update and manage vendor contract information in FreightStream.
• Gather, review, and update rate requests in internal systems.
• Assist in the analysis and evaluation of vendors based on market conditions, service quality, and pricing.
• Compare rates across trucking providers to ensure competitive pricing for customers.
• Maintain and update tariff databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of pricing information.
• Ensure timely updates of new and revised rates in internal systems.
• Collaborate daily with Traffic, Sales, and Pricing teams to support pricing needs.
• Generate reports and analyze market trends to support decision-making.Who you are:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience (pricing experience is a plus).
- Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role.
- You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, you have a good sense of urgency and remain paying attention to details.
- Advanced English level is a must.
