The Role

The Traffic & Workflow Lead is responsible for driving the , planning and delivery discipline that enables SEEK’s in-house creative agency to deliver high-quality creative and content at scale across APAC. Acting as a senior connection point between Creative, Marketing and business stakeholders, this role  reviews the briefs that come into the in-house agency to ensure they are high quality and allocates them to relevant resources in the creative team. p

With a bird’s-eye view across the agency, the Traffic Operations and Workflow Lead provides visibility of capacity, workflows, resourcing and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.
