How you’ll make an impact:
In this role you will be part of the HUB, Xero’s internal creative and production department which sits inside the wider Brand and Marketing function. As Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for triage and trafficking of production requests as well as resource planning and workflow. Youʼll be checking in with team members on key milestones, ensuring the creative production pipeline is flowing as efficiently as possible across our design and motion graphics teams.
Reporting to our Creative Operations Manager, and as a member of a Global Team in different time zones, you will work with people across the world. You will be responsible for working with Hub leads and the producer team on day-to-day resource management and planning, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and on brief.
What you'll do:
- Trafficking & triage: Working with Hub Leads, our Creative Operations Manager, and the Producer Team to triage, prioritise and manage creative resources across all relevant ‘Micro’ jobs and requests
- Build and maintain relationships with team members in a positive, respectful, and collaborative manner
- Resource planning & production workflow: Work with the team to provide administration and support of project workflows in Workfront
- Create and maintain workflow dashboards for reporting and future planning
- Ensure project delivery deadlines are met
- Team culture: Foster a strong, positive team culture amongst the Hub team and our relationships within the wider business.
What you'll bring with you:
- A high level of digital production knowledge with a clear understanding of digital production processes
- Experience in documenting and managing key processes
- Experience working with project management software to track workflow and time
- Experience in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and team members
- Experience in managing communications across cross-functional teams
- Experience with working closely with a creative team
- The ability to identify, define and troubleshoot problems
- A detail oriented mindset, resourceful, proactive, positive and self-motivated
