Job Description Summary:

Summary:
As a Traffic Facilitator, you are a key contributor to the safety, organization, and guest satisfaction of our property. Your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow, particularly in valet areas, while prioritizing the safety of all guests, staff, and vehicles. You serve as a visible and approachable presence, providing guests with accurate information about property events and directing them with professionalism and care.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
  • Monitor and manage traffic flow in valet and guest drop-off zones
  • Politely inform guests when vehicles need to be moved from guest arrival areas
  • Coordinate with Security when vehicles are left unattended or present a hazard
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding casino events, amenities, and directions
  • Safely transport guests as directed, following all company and regulatory driving policies
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free traffic and work zones
  • Promptly report incidents or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of guest service or valet experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

Work Cards

  • Driver's License
  • 10 Year DMV History Report

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
  • Occasionally Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
  • Frequently standing and walking
  • Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
  • Ability to distinguish between shades of color
  • Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
