Position Summary: The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for directing incoming chassis for the production line and outgoing finished vehicles for customers. Also, efficient inventory tracking and lot set up.

Essential Job Functions and Duties
- Solicit and award bids for transporting vehicles to production site and to customer’s locations.
- Create and receive transportation purchase orders.
- Responsible for inspection of all vehicles coming and going prior to shipment or receipt.
- Coordinate inbound delivery and optimizing transportation lanes to receive and move on lot for tracking.
- Maintain organized keyboard and lot location updated for quick pull of vehicle for build or shipment.
- Organize, schedule and deliver vehicles for outside vendor repairs, graphics, etc.
- Schedule outbound transportation and coordinate delivery for customers in the United States.
- Create shipping reports detailing daily production and vehicles ready for shipment.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preforms vehicle inspection upon arrival.
- Scans and uploads paperwork to master file.
- Updates tracking forms and other documents to keep all areas informed of vehicles and their status.
- Responsible for coordinating subcontractors’ services on all vehicles as needed including transport.
- Stage and sign out vehicle shipments.
- Picking up or delivering parts & vehicles as needed.
- Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed.
- Maintains organization of vehicles in all lots.
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside in all weather conditions.

- Complete other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year porter experience a plus.
