Keep the creative engine running.
Are you the kind of person who thrives on structure, loves a good plan, and knows how to keep multiple moving parts on track - without breaking a sweat? If so, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our team - a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our creative and marketing operation, ensuring every project flows seamlessly from brief to final output.
The Role
You'll be the central point of coordination between our marketing, creative, production, and external teams - managing schedules, allocating resources, tracking deadlines, and keeping communication clear across all projects. Your work ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and that every deliverable lands on time, every time.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning the brief - receiving, reviewing, and validating project briefs to ensure objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined before work begins
Driving communication - scheduling and leading status updates and creative review meetings, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned
Managing workflow - assessing project requirements, team workloads, and availability to assign work effectively and optimise delivery
Tracking progress - proactively monitoring deliverables, following up with brand and creative teams, and taking action to keep projects on schedule
Supporting creative leadership - collaborating on resource allocation to ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects
Coordinating reviews - managing internal and brand review processes, ensuring revisions are clearly communicated and actioned
Quality checking - reviewing final outputs against the original brief to ensure all brand requirements and objectives have been met
Managing risk - identifying potential delays early, developing contingency plans, and escalating concerns to leadership when needed
Keeping the system honest - maintaining daily updates in the project management system to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and resource planning
What We're Looking For
Education A Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or Media/Production Management is advantageous.
Experience 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role, such as:
Traffic or marketing coordination
Production or agency workflow management
Project administration in a creative or studio environment
Skills & Tools
Proficient in project management software and MS Office
Solid understanding of agency operations, digital/social campaigns, print production, and the creative review process
Strong planning, prioritisation, and time management abilities
Who You Are This role calls for someone who brings both confidence and composure to the table. You're assertive enough to hold teams accountable, mature enough to navigate competing priorities with professionalism, and deadline-driven enough to never let the ball drop. You communicate with clarity, stay calm under pressure, and know when to escalate - and when to solve it yourself.
The Environment
You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative team where relationships matter and attention to detail is everything. If you're organised, proactive, and take real pride in delivering quality work on time - you’ll fit right in.
