POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. Coordinate and communicate with transportation companies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. (Essential)
  • Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies. (Essential)
  • Handle routine questions and problems and maintain open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle. (Essential)
  • Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to the shipment of goods. (Essential)
  • Log order information onto the computer and files, and distribute paperwork as necessary. (Essential)
  • Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other departments. (Essential)
  • Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential)

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience, is preferred

Experience

  • Two (2) to six (6) years of work-related experience, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry. Three (3) or more years’ direct experience in the traffic department with air or van transportation required.
  • Working knowledge of DOT regulations. Working knowledge of shipping and receiving documents and controls.
  • Working knowledge of general policies and procedures. 
  • Strong Customer Relations skills.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.    
  • Demonstrated teamwork and Organizational skills. 
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.

Skills Required
