You, as a Traffic Analyst, will play a key role in supporting daily shipping operations to ensure on-time deliveries across all business units. Your work will contribute directly to achieving DSP performance targets, maintaining export documentation accuracy, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with Distribution, Customer Service, and Planning teams.
About the Job:Drive continuous improvement in daily shipping operations across each Business Unit.
Work closely with ICP Distribution Center supervisors to ensure all deliveries are shipped on time.
Monitor and update the Open Delivery Report to ensure timely Post Goods Issue (PGI) at the end of each day.
Support Customer Service with any shipping requirements to ensure timely dispatch of requested materials.
Ensure all requests from Customer Service, Planning, and related teams are addressed promptly.
Perform weekly analysis to drive delivery shipping performance.
Hold authority to stop or cancel any exportation process if issues are detected before dispatch.
Execute other shipping-related tasks as assigned by the Distribution Manager.
Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila
Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or International Business, preferred
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar logistics or traffic-related position.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of transportation and shipping processes.
Proficient in SAP.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capable of analyzing missed shipments and ensuring document accuracy.
