As a Trading Services Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and processing of trade orders, ensuring the smooth operation of our trading and portfolio management businesses. Job responsibilities
- Resolve escalations promptly from traders, clients, and brokers.
- Ensure efficient and controlled business activities by reviewing and implementing processes, systems, and procedures.
- Manage daily activities including trade clearing, position and expiry management, and resolution of trade breaks and client queries.
- Utilize our data platform to gain insights into operational challenges and drive process efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve operational issues, conducting productive meetings with global teams and ensuring accountability.
- Facilitate training on new applications.
- Support UAT testing, system releases, technology enhancements, and facilitate changes in CCP.
- Skill in bringing stakeholders together and turning conflicts into positive client experiences.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools for client solutions.
- Emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, fostering trust and accountability.
- Understanding of process flows and systems linkages, with a focus on process improvement and streamlining.
