Lead delivery of high-impact Trading Services platform change—partnering across product, technology, operations, and clients to build scalable solutions.
Trading Services Product Development covers three lines of business—Agency Securities Finance, Collateral Management, and Depository Receipts. In this Associate role within the CIB, you will drive the design and delivery of prioritized technical changes and core product enhancements. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, partner with technology and operations through execution, and lead testing and rollout to internal users and/or clients—leveraging firmwide AI/ML capabilities to improve scale and speed of delivery.
Job responsibilities- Quickly become a subject matter expert of the Trading Services businesses and their drivers
- Define technology product solutions; create materials/documentation to explain business requirements to technology/operations teams
- Leverage firm-wide AI/ML solutions to help generate requirements and identify opportunities to scale development efforts
- Partner with technology and operations teams for solution execution; ensure requirements translate into technical solutions and delivery is on time and on budget
- Work with the user community on testing and ensure results align to business expectations
- Manage new product rollout to internal end users and/or clients; gather feedback and develop prioritized enhancements
- Work closely with technology, product management, sales, relationship management, client service, and clients to gather requirements and provide detailed analysis
- Minimum 3 years of capital markets or financial industry experience in product development, technology, data engineering, or operations
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, fast learner, and delivery focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with verbal and written presentations
- Knowledge/interest in technology development, capturing business requirements, business analysis, and managing rollout
- Information technology literacy and understanding of relevant technologies and development lifecycles
- Exposure to and comfort with large datasets
- Experience driving cross-functional delivery with technology and operations partners
- Familiarity with testing coordination and acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes
- Experience managing stakeholder feedback and prioritizing enhancements post-launch
