What you’ll be doing

• Maintain and support operations in Trading Platforms environment (primarily MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5), applications and application components;
• Perform basic tests, updates and upgrades to systems.
• Troubleshoot trading system production incidents resulting from internal (proprietary software / systems) or external factors (markets, data feeds, telecommunication lines).
• Monitor health and status of the platforms to ensure stable work of services and performance as expected; 
• Implement, manage and maintain automated tests to find bugs in the software.
• Implement, manage and maintain stress tests to find bottle necks, performance issue and resource leaks.
• Work together with development team to analyze discovered problems and build better software.
• Automate test operation.

What you’ll need

• Ability to work in shifts by schedule;

• Extensive experience in software development and test automation.
• Understanding of fundamental software development and testing principles.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Experience in MT4/MT5 administration trading platforms is a MUST;
• Trading support experience/exposure to trading protocols, FIX is a plus; 
• Good knowledge and experience to work with Zabbix/Kibana 
• Knowledge of SQL (administrative knowledge will be considered an advantage); 
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server OS and virtualization; 
• Experience with Power Shell (or other script language); 
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols stack, routing and experience in diagnosing connectivity issues; 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT related professional field; 
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills; 
• Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills; 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize; 
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
