Provide best-in-class services using an analytical approach and methodology to partner with internal departments, providing improvements and solutions to critical issues within our consumer and business teams. When you join our team as a Trading Analyst, you will be expected to provide visibility to key stakeholders with data-driven insights that form the strategic direction and KPIs for our sports trading function.
What you will do as a Trading Analyst

• Provide visibility into data-driven insights and reports that form the business' strategic direction and KPIs to key stakeholders.
• Extract and analyze database insights using PowerBi and Microsoft Excel to look at overall trading results, performance, and critical KPIs.
• Perform customer behavior analysis using risk reports specifically designed for that purpose.
• Crosscheck customers patterns using different platforms, including all trading tools.
• Support the bet traders to make real-time decisions effectively.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and presentation of insights for payouts, customer data, overall trading performance, and errors.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep knowledge of and passion for sports betting and knowledge of the global sports calendar.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g. Power Bi, Excel, R, Python) is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,400.00 - $93,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
