JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Trading Performance Senior Analyst to join the Finance Business partner team supporting the Sourcing vertical

This role is responsible for owning the performance and trading view of Sourcing activity, providing visibility into how sourcing initiatives, commercial activity and market dynamics translate into topline performance. The successful candidate will partner closely with Sourcing Commercial teams, Trading Hub and Finance stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, robust forecasting and performance analysis that support strategic decision-making.

The role combines advanced analytics, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities to drive a deeper understanding of topline performance and support better commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the analysis and explanation of Sourcing topline performance across regions, products and segments, ensuring clear visibility of key performance drivers.
  • Supports the Sourcing Budget and Forecast processes, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure robust assumptions and accurate performance projections.
  • Analyzes topline variances versus Budget, Forecast and Prior Year, identifying key drivers related to volume, mix, trading conditions and sourcing initiatives.
  • Partners with Pricing and Trading Hub teams to understand topline evolution and Trading Margin performance, identifying key profitability drivers.
  • Builds scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of changes in sourcing activity, product mix and market conditions.
  • Proactively identifies risks and opportunities and provides actionable recommendations to support commercial and management decision-making.
  • Delivers regular performance reporting and ad-hoc analyses for Finance, Commercial and Senior Management stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains analytical tools, dashboards and automated reporting solutions.

Skillset and Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Finance, Trading Performance or a similar analytical role within a multinational environment.
  • Ability to understand financial and operational data, synthesize findings and provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong experience of BI tools and data visualization, particularly Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Experience within the travel, hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
