Trading Operations Analyst
Chicago
Responsibilities: Member of DevOps team providing technical support for systems and networking; write, review and maintain software tools and operate complex platforms created by core development staff; daily start-up and execution of APAC trading strategies; daily reconciliation of all clearing and settlement activity; daily data processing of reference and financial data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science or any related field
- 2 years related experience
- Any amount of experience analyzing trading databases in SQL to draw conclusions on trade reconciliation, reference data and market conditions
- Any amount of experience designing, developing and implementing automated software systems to streamline the trade reconciliation and trading operation processes to reduce manual redundancy
- Any amount of experience designing, developing and overseeing monitoring systems to flag anomalies within intraday trades and operation systems in python, Grafana and software workflow tools
- Any amount of experience leading and investigating critical intraday trading production issues as the first point of contact across various teams to ensure smooth trading operation, analyzing existing codebase as needed.
Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite. Work hours 4:00 pm to 12:00 am CST.
