Parkway Construction is a National GC. We operate in all US states. This role will be in Scottsdale, AZ, but will also have the option to travel out to multiple states until full project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance person tasks in the restoration industry, including but not limited to:
- Carpentry
- Trim installation
- Tile laying and grouting
- Fixture installation (e.g., lights, faucets)
- Drywall repair and installation
- Follow schematics and blueprints to complete projects accurately and efficiently
- Painting and touch up work
Qualifications- Proven experience in a maintenance person role, preferably in the restoration industry
- Proficiency in various maintenance person skills such as door hanging, masonry, tile laying, fixture installation, and trim/wood work.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
