Lead preconstruction planning to deliver constructable projects: manage estimates, schedules, risk, design coordination, permitting, bidder qualification, BIM/MEP coordination, and handoffs to operations while collaborating with business development and stakeholders to protect schedule, quality, and margin.

Support Project Manager with administrative project tasks including schedule updates, budget/draw management, purchase orders, subcontract setup, change orders, submittals/RFIs, project closeout, and estimating. Regularly use Viewpoint, P6, BIM, and Procore and coordinate with accounting, superintendents, subcontractors, and architects to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality project delivery.

Lead quality assurance of architectural design-build documents, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate architects and clients, use BIM/CADD for deliverables, and provide training and project status communication.

Perform restoration maintenance tasks including carpentry, trim installation, tile laying and grouting, fixture installation, drywall repair/installation, painting, and following schematics/blueprints. Work independently or on teams, manage time and prioritize tasks, and travel between Scottsdale and other states as projects require.

Support business development by researching prospects, cultivating relationships, prospecting via email/phone/LinkedIn, scheduling meetings, preparing qualification statements and presentations, coordinating with Pre-Construction and Operations, and traveling nationally (25-40%) to win Pre-Con and Design-Build work.

Manage construction projects from bidding through closeout: review plans, create and track schedules, manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, budgets, safety, and client relationships to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Provide architectural design services within a Design-Build framework using BIM and CADD. Create 3D presentation drawings, produce accurate construction documents, coordinate with consultants and construction teams, ensure code compliance, review submittals, and perform cost analysis to deliver projects collaboratively.
