Provides architectural design-build services, creating 3D presentations and accurate construction documents, conducting cost analysis, coordinating consultants, reviewing submittals, ensuring code compliance, and collaborating with construction teams and clients throughout design and construction.

Manages construction projects from estimating and subcontractor bidding through scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiation, quality control, safety, and completion. Maintains client and subcontractor relationships, oversees project staff, manages RFIs and submittals, reviews invoices and change orders, and ensures projects meet plans, schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements.

Manages construction projects from planning through completion, including constructability reviews, estimating, bidding, subcontractor negotiations, scheduling, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, invoices, safety, and client relationships. Oversees superintendents and project engineers, coordinates jobsite meetings, tracks project performance, and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications.

Lead and review design-build architectural documents, ensure quality and compliance, monitor schedules and budgets, coordinate with architects and clients, provide training, and produce drawings, reports, and presentations using BIM/CADD tools.

Support project managers with scheduling, budgets, purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, submittals/RFIs, estimating, and project closeout using construction software and accounting systems.
