Perform restoration maintenance tasks including carpentry, trim installation, tile laying and grouting, fixture installation, drywall repair/installation, painting, and following schematics/blueprints. Work independently or on teams, manage time and prioritize tasks, and travel between Scottsdale and other states as projects require.

Provide architectural design services within a Design-Build framework using BIM and CADD. Create 3D presentation drawings, produce accurate construction documents, coordinate with consultants and construction teams, ensure code compliance, review submittals, and perform cost analysis to deliver projects collaboratively.

Support business development by researching prospects, cultivating relationships, prospecting via email/phone/LinkedIn, scheduling meetings, preparing qualification statements and presentations, coordinating with Pre-Construction and Operations, and traveling nationally (25-40%) to win Pre-Con and Design-Build work.

Lead and review design-build architectural documents, ensure quality and compliance, monitor schedules and budgets, coordinate with architects and clients, provide training, and produce drawings, reports, and presentations using BIM/CADD tools.

Support project managers with scheduling, budgets, purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, submittals/RFIs, estimating, and project closeout using construction software and accounting systems.

Provide administrative support to project managers for construction projects: update schedules, manage budgets/draws, enter purchase orders, set up subcontractors, process change orders, track submittals/RFIs, assist closeout and estimating tasks, and maintain project documentation using Viewpoint, P6, BIM, and Procore.
