Job Description

Are you passionate about building world-class communication products that power some of the most complex trading environments in the world? This is your opportunity to lead a high-impact product area at one of the most technology-forward financial institutions on the planet — where your vision will directly shape how tens of thousands of traders and financial professionals collaborate every day.

As a Trader Voice Product Area Lead at JPMorganChase within the Employee Platforms — Collaboration and Communication Product Line, you will own the end-to-end success of our global trader voice product portfolio. Our Collaboration and Communication Product Line supports a global workforce of over 300,000 employees, delivering enterprise-wide solutions that enable effective internal and external communication at scale. We are a people-oriented team with a deep obsession for user experience, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement — and we are looking for a product leader who shares that passion.

  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, product definitions, and customer-facing service level objectives and agreements
  • Prioritize the product backlog with a clear, outcome-driven rationale that balances customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability
  • Lead go-to-market and strategic planning efforts, ensuring successful product launches and adoption across the global organization
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and learning, creating a safe environment for rapid iteration and continuous improvement
  • Manage senior stakeholder communities and customer advisory boards, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization
  • Champion responsible product development by embedding strong risk management practices throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
