Our Renewals team is responsible for the execution of the coordination of worldwide trademark projects for international customers, in particular, we need your support for the following tasks:
Principal Duties & Responsibilities ...
- Processing of trademark maintenance tasks, in cooperation with the local trademark attorneys and Trademark offices worldwide
- International communication with local attorneys and customers worldwide to ensure a timely instruction and execution of the tasks
- Managing deadlines and being responsible for the timely completion of tasks
- Regular independent reporting to customers
- Checking of official documents for accuracy
- Documentation of all relevant information in the internal database
- Optimization of processes
The perfect match ...
- Completed bachelors/master’s degree or equivalent education
- Very good English AND German language skills (C1), both spoken and written, including business correspondence
- Well-versed in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Quick learner, highly adaptable, and solution driven
- Organizational skills, detail oriented and reliable
- Strong and confident communicator
- Ability to work independently and accurately under deadline pressure
- Proactive and open to new technologies
- High customer and service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality
- Experience in trademark law welcome but not necessary
