- Establish and maintain client-specific engagement plans built around defined strategic and tactical goals, including agreed ramp and cross-sell targets.
- Analyse programme and client performance to identify trends, profitability drivers, supplier participation patterns, and emerging risks, adjusting execution strategy and providing insights to internal partners.

- Facilitate requests and enquiries from cross-functional partners across the franchise, including Sales, Bankers, Credit, Client Service, Operations, Legal, Product, and Contracts Management.
- Enhance the client experience through continuous review and improvement of end-to-end processes, tools, and operating model considerations to make it easier to acquire, onboard, and serve clients and suppliers.
- Support the execution of critical in-flight technology initiatives designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness across programme execution and supplier sales, including coordination with counterparts in other regions for multi-regional engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client and supplier-related activities, escalating appropriately within the Risk and Control framework.
