This position reports to:
Planning and Fulfillment Manager__
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: Onsite #LI-Onsite
- Plan, execute, and monitor transport-related activities within the local unit, ensuring high-quality transport operations and compliance with all regulations.
- Generate required transportation documentation, manage operational relationships with transport suppliers, and validate transportation invoices to ensure proper allocation.
- Optimize transport operations by implementing consolidation strategies and support the end-to-end logistics process in collaboration with manufacturing, planning, and procurement teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in transport operations, assist in resolving logistics provider issues, and implement improved processes and systems for efficient operations.
- Experience in using SAP or other modern ERP systems
- Proven experience in a logistics role, including managing relationships with shipping companies
- Good communication skills with the ability to work across different cultures and backgrounds
- Excellent computer literacy skills across a wide range of software packages
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills to assist with data interpretation and analysis
- Proven experience working with stakeholders to capture, analyse and present data-driven business metrics
