Job Description

Due to Internal movement, we’re on the lookout for a new Sales Trailblazer who loves the chase and closing deals.

Are you a sales-driven go-getter with a passion for the trades? Do you thrive on winning business and building long-term partnerships? If you're ready to own your patch, build your brand, and chase down opportunities in a fast-moving market — this role was built for you.

At Bapcor, we don't sit back — we go after it. As a Territory Representative in our Trade division, you’ll be on the frontline of driving relationships and growth by:

  • Proactively hunting new business thus unlocking untapped potential
  • Deepening relationships with our most valuable customers
  • Constantly using our industry leading data and market intel to outmanoeuvre the competition
  • Leveraging the power of our brands — BNT, Autolign, HCB, JAS, and more to deliver value

We're looking for someone who’s more than a sales operative — you're a trusted advisor, a results machine, and a confident negotiator. You'll work closely with branches, category managers, and key accounts to make smart plays, fast moves, and deliver big wins.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B or trade sales
  • Several years experience in a sales role
  • Confidence with CRM, customer profiling, and strategic territory management
  • Strong written/oral communication and influencing skills
  • A natural hunter mindset; one that is persistent, resilient, professional, and proactive
