- Develop an understanding of trading workflows, exchange operations, and the trade lifecycle to support effective problem resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve monitoring, troubleshooting, and support processes through automation, AI, and other technologies.
- Communicate effectively with traders, technology teams, and other internal stakeholders across the firm.
What you’ll need:
- University degree
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
- General understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, or other automation tools is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is more important.
- An interest in financial markets and trading technology; familiarity with exchange-traded products, trading systems, or trade lifecycle processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in time-sensitive situations.
- A proactive, self-starting approach and willingness to take ownership of issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move IT equipment weighing up to 25 kg, where appropriate and in accordance with safe handling procedures.
