Serve as chief legal advisor and executive leader for a proprietary trading firm: lead Legal, partner on Compliance, manage regulatory matters and investigations, draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, protect IP and confidential information, advise on governance, employment, and international legal issues, and build scalable legal and compliance capabilities while remaining hands-on in substantive legal work.

Lead and manage a Brazilian rates trading desk focused on DI futures and B3 products. Build and scale discretionary strategies, drive desk-level P&L, enforce risk controls and drawdown limits, recruit and mentor traders, and collaborate with other desks to execute trading and compliance standards while generating consistent, risk-adjusted returns.

Deploy, configure, and support Windows desktops and servers; manage on-premises Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, CIFS/NTFS permissions; maintain WDS/MDT images; support Azure AD, Intune, and Office 365; troubleshoot hardware/software; collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Trading teams; document procedures and improve processes.
