As a Trading Services Analyst in Trading Services, you serve as a vital resource for our front office and client-facing teams. You help us deliver accurate and timely support for trade execution and reconciliation, ensuring our trading platforms run smoothly. We rely on your ability to communicate solutions and collaborate across business, technology, and operations. You have the opportunity to drive improvements and support new initiatives in a dynamic environment. Your work helps us maintain excellence in trading operations and client service.
Job Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end trade flow across all product channels globally
- Monitor support needs and address changes and gaps in trading operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk in trade processes
- Escalate and resolve inquiries accurately and promptly
- Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office teams
- Facilitate training for new users of trading applications
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to set priorities and requirements for enhancements
- Communicate solutions effectively in person, by phone, and by email
- Ensure compliance with control standards and operational procedures
- Maintain a strong understanding of trading platforms and systems
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Two years of financial industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
- Ability to execute assignments independently with discipline
- Strong work ethic and professionalism in a team setting
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the business
- Capacity to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment
- Full-time onsite availability for night shift
