Trade Show Coordinator supports the Trade Show Team in planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and events. The role combines event logistics, booth operations, attendee engagement, and inventory management to ensure a seamless and successful presence at industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Practical exposure to events, marketing, sales, or the insurance industry via internship, work, school, etc.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Domestic travel is expected approximately 50% of the time, work flexible hours and weekends.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
