Trade Settlement Ops (Max $33/hr W2)

The Settlement team is responsible for managing the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle including the trade settlement across various asset classes and trade matching platforms. This role entails heavy interaction with both internal and external financial advisors, the Core Settlements departments, MSWM trading desks, and external market centers and counterparties.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 2 years of financial services industry experience
- General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, specifically Trade Settlements. (DTCC, Fed, Government).
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in fast paced environment with focus on innovation and flexibility
- Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently
- Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think and act like an owner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx a plus
