Job Summary
Investment Middle Office Services offers Investment Managers a global, comprehensive suite of services to fully outsource post-trade execution transaction processing and investment recordkeeping.
Job Responsibilities
- BAU Execution to be best in class. Publishing of weekly KPI's & KRI's and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels. Ensure follow up for all ageing items.
- Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure
- Strong security & market experience
- Strong understanding about various financial instruments like Equity, Bonds, ETF, REPO, ETD etc.,
- Strong understanding of SWIFT Alliance and various message types like MT54X, 599, 202,103 etc.,
- Strong understanding of various global markets and their nuances
- Work with associates to ensure regular communication is maintained.
- Play a key role in Audit reviews and checks.
- Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans
- Work with Manager to ensure regular communication with partner locations.
- Processes research/investigations on appropriate systems to operations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong knowledge of Trade Capture, Confirmation and Settlement end-to-end operating model in global markets.
- Prefer Graduate / MBA with finance and accounting background.
- Must be able to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations.
- Client focused, an appreciation of risk and quality issues.
- Good time management skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Control Oriented, Proactive with Positive approach
- Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly and ability to work independently.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Prefer candidate with automation skillset like Exceptor, Alteryx & Tableau
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills -
- Graduate or MBA in Finance
- CFA will be added advantage.
