💰 £26,538.49 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £30,000+)
As a Trade Salesperson, you will play a key role in driving trade sales, building strong relationships with local tradespeople, and supporting the smooth running of our warehouse and stock management operations.
What you’ll be doing
Manage stock, deliveries, and goods-in processes
Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse
Build strong relationships with trade customers
Provide excellent customer service and tailored solutions
Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin
Work as part of a supportive team and develop your skills
Who we’re looking for
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and personable approach
Eager to learn and develop product knowledge and design software where required
A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to help
Confidence working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Ability to manage and maintain stock effectively
IT literate with strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends
Open to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
