    Join Pernod Ricard Türkiye as a Off Trade Sales Supervisor, where you will lead and guide distributor field teams to achieve commercial goals in the Traditional Channel.

    Based in Diyarbakır, you will be responsible for driving commercial execution across Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, Mardin, Batman, Siirt, Şırnak ensuring best-in-class field execution, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable business growth through effective distributor management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve regional commercial KPIs including volume, turnover, distribution, visibility, collection and execution excellence through effective distributor management.
    • Lead and supervise day-to-day distributor field operations, including order taking, delivery coordination, stock control and field execution.
    • Ensure flawless implementation of commercial marketing initiatives, visibility standards and Perfect Store execution at the point of sale.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Traditional Channel customers, focusing on long-term partnerships and sustainable business growth.
    • Conduct regular joint field visits with distributor teams, coaching sales representatives and monitoring execution quality.
    • Identify regional growth opportunities and performance improvement actions through data-driven analysis and market insights.
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing dynamics and channel developments, taking proactive actions to strengthen Pernod Ricard's market position.
    • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial execution.
    • Optimize route-to-market execution to maximize outlet coverage, sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure healthy receivable management in close collaboration with Finance and distributor teams.
    • Lead, coach and motivate distributor field teams while fostering high performance, compliance and alignment with Pernod Ricard values.
    • Represent Pernod Ricard's portfolio with excellence in the field, ensuring strong brand visibility and consumer availability across all relevant touchpoints.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar fields preferred)

    Professional Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of Traditional Channel retail operations
    • Field sales experience in managing distributor or dealer networks
    • Knowledge of HoReCa and wholesale channels is a plus

    Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of total work experience, including at least 2 years in the FMCG sector, preferably in field sales roles

    Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
    • Proven ability in customer relationship management and sales execution
    • Experience in coaching and managing field teams (direct or indirect)
    • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication
    • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and trends

    Willingness to travel extensively across Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, Mardin, Batman, Siirt, Şırnak
