Position: On Trade Sales Supervisor, Adana
Reports To: On Trade Area Manager, Anatolia
About the Role
Pernod Ricard Türkiye is looking for an On-Trade Sales Supervisor to join our Adana field organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading on-trade sales execution, developing the field team, and ensuring our premium brand portfolio is represented with excellence across on-trade accounts.
You will play a critical role in driving commercial performance while ensuring full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Adana On-Trade sales team in the field
- Set clear priorities and ensure consistent execution of sales targets
- Support individual development through regular field visits, feedback, and performance follow-ups
2. Sales Execution & Operational Excellence
- Manage day-to-day on-trade sales operations in line with Pernod Ricard standards
- Ensure perfect execution of agreed commercial plans and activations at account level
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and action plans to deliver volume and value growth
3. Customer & Account Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key on-trade customers
- Ensure high-quality customer experience while protecting Pernod Ricard’s premium brand image
- Act as the first escalation point for field-level customer topics and operational issues
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply teams to ensure alignment in the field
- Support the execution of launches, campaigns, and visibility initiatives within legal boundaries
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with local alcohol regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on field activities, market insights, and competitive landscape
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with 2–3 years in On-Trade or FMCG field roles; prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- On-Trade Expertise: Solid understanding of on-trade dynamics, customer segmentation, and alcohol category regulations
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop field sales teams
- Commercial Acumen: Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills
- Systems & Tools: ERP systems, MS Office
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a field-based role, including evenings and weekends when required
- Language: Intermediate English proficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
