About the Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Trade Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimise our clients' trading experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we understand our clients' trading habits, the products they are looking for and what we can do to improve outcomes for them.

What You'll be Doing

Reporting - Run daily, weekly & monthly reports on trading related activities
Trade Assistance - act as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties.
Market Coverage & Intelligence - Monitor order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products.

What We Look For In You

Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
3-5 years in trade operations, preferably in a crypto exchange, brokerage or traditional finance firm
Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving business growth.
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Haves

Fluency in Arabic is a plus
Understanding of derivatives trading
