Job Description:
The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and analysis of all marketing activities in the local market of reference within CNE, for the Sick Pets portfolio, in order to support business growth through the retailer’s engagement, pet owners’ activation and ensure
the perfect execution of our priorities. The main purpose is to manage and develop Royal Canin brand within the Pet Professional channel according to the strategy. To constantly support the brand image in the local market of reference within CEE, in full respect of Royal Canin philosophy & communication codes, as
well as The Five Principles.
What are we looking for?- Higher Education in Sales / Marketing / Business or equivalent
5+ yrs of experience in trade marketing/ marketing
- Strong line management skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient use of office tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat).
- Ability to engage customers and function as a team player and project leader.
- Comfortable setting priorities, manage multiple tasks and remain focused in a changing environment.
- Fluency in English written and spoken, to add other languages
- This role is for limited contract = maternity/parental leave cover
Planning, executing, and evaluating trade & brand marketing activities in the market of
reference aiming to drive sales as well as brand performance (consumer & financial KPIs)
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to following actions:
- Set main building blocks in PP marketing plan in cooperation with SA Lead & PP Pillar Head Team
- Responsible for planning, supervising & execution A&P budget to secure Growth pillar strategy and
proper level of investment with periodical monitoring
- Manage Regional, Cluster and Market marketing activities
- Define & Implement portfolio strategy in the market of reference
- Plan and manage ordering, development, and production of all communication/promotional
materials
- Support Regional/Cluster projects deployment
- Tracks micro, B2B, retail landscape & competitors, incl. research project deployment
- Handles marketing related ERP (Navision/SAP) Key User scope
- Secure governance / GDPR rules and procedures
- Follows Company policies & procedures
