Responsibilities
- Support inday-to-dayoperationsofrewards programfromrewardsfulfilment, feedback gathering,shippersmanagement,monitoringof adoptionrate/utilizationrate,regular managementreporting, toiterationsand optimizationsof theprograms;
- Support inplanningandexecutingof online/offlinetradeeventsincludingbutnot limitedtoTradeShows,ShipperEngagement Events,andMarketplaceSellersEvents;
- Support inconductingmarketresearchand analyzingmarket trendstoproposestrategies andactionplans;
- Support inanalyzingtheeffectivenessofall tradepromotionplansimplementedand recommendappropriateimprovementplans;
- Support inperformingpostevaluationsof the plannedactivities,eventsandprovideinsights forfutureactivities;
Requirements
- 1+ experience working as Trade Marketing, Loyal Program in Ecommerce,Express industries
- Strong project management skills
- Photoshop/Designing skill is a bonus
- Bachelor'sDegree
