About the role:

As Trade Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in turning commercial agreements into clear, structured, and ready-to-activate media plans. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will coordinate timelines, campaign assets, and planning requirements to ensure every campaign is prepared efficiently and in line with defined standards.

With a strong focus on accuracy, collaboration, and operational excellence, you will support smooth planning processes and enable a seamless handover to Activation teams. In this role, you will contribute to consistent campaign readiness and help drive the successful execution of Retail Media initiatives.

 

About your tasks:

  • Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans, enabling effective campaign execution and clear operational alignment
  • Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection in line with planning guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Coordinate campaign setup with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, requirements, and deliverables
  • Manage asset requests and creative briefings, ensuring campaign materials are complete, accurate, and available on time
  • Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams, ensuring full campaign readiness and smooth transition into execution
  • Monitor timelines, dependencies, and planning milestones to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned
  • Coordinate promotional activities with internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency with broader commercial and media initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and planning data, ensuring transparency, consistency, and reliable campaign tracking

Qualifications

About you:

  • Academic background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or a similar role
  • Good understanding of retail media and campaign planning processes
  • Ability to translate commercial input into structured media plans and campaign setups
  • Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in planning data, campaign structures, and asset requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • A structured, organized, and reliable working approach, especially in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
