Contributes to the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy and policies for the assigned product category within the Nuqul Group. - Integrated Marketing Plan:
Collaborates with operational teams and corporate strategic planning to ensure a cohesive, integrated marketing approach for the category. - Marketing Plan:

Guides the new product development process within the category, driving innovation and ensuring product offerings align with market demands to secure competitive advantages. - Agency and Channel Evaluation:
Assesses the performance of agencies and communication channels supporting the category, ensuring maximum return on investment and making adjustments as needed. - Leadership and Management:
Leads and mentors the marketing team, ensuring effective performance and fostering the development of skills necessary to achieve the strategic goals of the category.
- What you’ll need:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience as an MS&P.
- Knowledge of product pricing, distribution, and positioning.
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices in FMCG.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
- Experience in managing distributors.
