Como parte de Rappi, este rol será owner de la estrategia, ejecución de planes de expansión y armado de playbook para lanzamientos de productos y marcas, conectando necesidades del negocio con comerciales responsables de cada zona y liderando agencias externas. Buscamos a alguien que combine pensamiento estratégico con un perfil comercial de gestión que pueda trabajar con equipos comerciales.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Gestión de campañas de expansión, liderar desde la planificación hasta la activación de zonas. Definir las métricas y recursos necesarios.  

  • Liderar la planificación y ejecución de lanzamientos de productos y lanzamientos de nuevas marcas en Rappi armando un playbook acorde. 

  • Analizar datos de performance, armar reporte con resultados y proponer mejoras continuas basadas en insights accionables.

  • Construir reportes ejecutivos mostrando resultados de las campañas de activación

  • Trabajar y liderar con agencia externa de vía pública gestionando la activación de campañas en distintas zonas. Negociación de presupuestos, definición de propuestas.

Requerimientos del rol

  • 2 años de experiencia en Trade Marketing, Growth, Commercial Planning, Go to market planning 

  • Dominio avanzado de Google Sheets

  • Perfil analítico y data-driven, con capacidad de traducir datos en decisiones.

  • Experiencia gestionando stakeholders

  • Preferente formación en carreras analíticas o económicas (Economía, Finanzas, Administración, Economía, Negocios, o afines)  


Cualidades clave del perfil

  • Capacidad para conectar ejecución con impacto de negocio. 

  • Negociación y alto nivel de ownership sobre resultados.

  • Capacidad de gestión

  • Capacidad de negociación y poder defender los intereses del área.

    Skills Required

    • 2 years experience in Trade Marketing, Growth, Commercial Planning, Performance, or E-commerce
    • Basic SQL
    • Advanced Google Sheets
    • Experience working with apps, in-app commercial events and campaigns
    • Experience managing senior stakeholders
    • Analytical, data-driven profile with ability to translate data into decisions
    • Experience leading or coordinating commercial teams and prioritization across cities
    • Knowledge of owned media (push, email, banners, landings)
    • Preferable degree in analytics or economic fields (Economics, Finance, Business, Administration or similar)
